Our take

The SB-25V is a floor drill press with a variable-speed drive from 46 to 3,550 RPM, so you can slow way down for big holes in steel and speed up for small bits without moving a belt. It runs on 120V and has reverse for tapping.

Before you buy

Will it run in your shop?

  • 110–120V single phase, 2 HP through a frequency drive.
  • The manual says not to run it on a GFCI outlet or extension cord. Plan a dedicated outlet near the machine.

Inspect the crate before you sign, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and report it within 48 hours. We file the freight claim.

Returns

Return terms for this machine are set by the manufacturer and confirmed before you order. Returns need a return authorization. Non-defective returns carry a restocking fee and return freight.
